This retreat is called A Journey Back to Yourself because that’s exactly what it means to me. This past year has been full of challenges, and I have been through a lot of struggles. But little by little, I’m finding my way back to myself. My desire is to guide you on this journey too. 🤍

If you resonate with this—if you feel like you need to return home to yourself, to nourish your heart, to regain your strength, your softness, your voice—then this retreat is for you.

It will take place in Puglia, Italy, a land that is so dear to my heart. Every time I come here, I feel like I can truly recharge and restore myself, and I know it will be the same for you. There is something deeply healing about this place—the peaceful landscapes, the rich traditions, and the energy of the land itself.

We’ll be staying in Masseria Torre Luciana, a beautifully restored historic masseria, where every space holds a story. Our outdoor yoga shala by the pool will be the heart of our practice, a space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

And of course, we’ll be eating the most delicious organic food, made with fresh ingredients grown on the farmhouse next to us—local, traditional, and prepared with love.

Our daily rhythm:

🌞 Breakfast after morning yoga, fresh and nourishing.

🌿 Lunch at 2:00 PM, a time to slow down and savor.

🌙 Dinner after evening yoga, around 8:00 PM, shared under the evening sky.

🌿 Day 1: September 10 – Arrival & Opening Circle

✨ Welcome & Sharing Circle – We meet, we share, we arrive.

🌙 Evening Slow Flow (6:00 – 7:00 PM) – A grounding, gentle practice to settle in.

🌿 Day 2: September 11 – Back to Your Center

☀️ Morning Practice (8:00 – 9:00 AM): Back to Your Center – A hip & core flow to bring stability and presence.

🌙 Evening Yin (6:00 – 7:00 PM): Yoga for the Hips – Softening into deep hip openers.

🌿 Day 3: September 12 – Back to Balance

☀️ Morning Practice (8:00 – 9:00 AM): Back to Balance – Exploring balancing poses, finding steadiness within.

🎶 Handpan Workshop – A space to explore sound, vibration, and relaxation through the soothing tones of the handpan.

🌙 Evening Practice (6:00 – 7:00 PM): Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation for deep rest.

🌿 Day 4: September 13 – Back to the Heart

☀️ Morning Practice (8:00 – 9:00 AM): Back to the Heart – A heart-opening flow, inviting love and expansion.

📝 Journaling & Reflection Workshop – A space to write, reflect, and reconnect.

🌙 Evening Yin (6:00 – 7:00 PM): Yin for the Heart – A nurturing practice to release and open.

🌿 Day 5: September 14 – Back to Yourself & Closing Circle

☀️ Morning Practice (8:00 – 9:00 AM): Back to Yourself – A full-body flow, bringing everything together.

✨ Closing Circle & Goodbye Sharing – A moment to reflect and carry this energy forward.
